The color and art in the golden desert backdrop is stunning to say the least. Yes, Jaisalmer thrives in the Thar Desert. Drive to Sam Dunes and if you have time, it's worth staying the night. Unfortunately, we didn't have much time, so we only spent one night in the desert.
Desert Wests are to die for. After a camel ride to Sunset Point, as it is now called, we were taken to the arena where Rajasthani folk musicians performed their traditional dances and music.
So alive.
