The Polar Plunge Bath
The October heat in Mumbai is very lively. The heat is here and it's time to think about the cooler weather.
It's Synthol ad " Alive is an amazing bathing experience ", helping me transition from summer heat to a freezing -10°C pool. Yes, you read that right!
It was rush hour when I rushed to the station to catch a crowded commuter train to work. Once I was able to bend, I grabbed a strap to hold my bones.
A twenty minute ride to a hot bank. To beat the heat and boredom, I decided to forget about heat and travel and go where the cold reigns in my head! Yes that is correct! Polar bath for diving! This spa is located in an ice hole with an average temperature of -10*C. This sea adventure can be experienced in Canada, Iceland, Antarctica and Greenland and cannot be done alone. You need people to help you during the cold pool.
This is one of my dream destinations and it refreshed my soul in the Mumbai October heat. Trust me; Just thinking about it is incredible. I hope one day!
